Requirements;
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in learning, security management, business or public administration, social sciences, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. A first level degree or diploma from a police or military education institution in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the management, design and delivery of adult learning or training programmes or a related area.
