About the Role:
The Senior Accountant-General Ledger performs the day-to-day activities in the Accounting and Reporting function of the Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
A- Perform audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
B- Ensure that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards (IAS /IFRS).
C- Perform account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
D- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
E- Prepare financial analysis reports.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
B- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ACA/CMA).
C- Four years of relevant experience.
