1- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Operations
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new joinees.
B- Take the new joinees through different portals used in the organization.
C- Manage the Human Resource Information system (HRMS) effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.
D- Manage payroll and associated processes to ensure compliance with Concept budgets.

Requirements:
A– Tier-1 Undergrad/Postgrad.
B– 3+ years of HR Consulting/ Generalist experience with top consulting firms or Fortune 500 Companies.
C– High level of integrity to work on confidential projects having organization wide impact.
D- Exceptional analytical skills to understand key drivers of business.
