1– Senior Fleet Coordinator- Rental Logistics
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Run daily reservations manifest for all branches in Dubai and Northern emirates.
B- Dispatch vehicles as per the reservation manifest to all branches.
C- Manage driver allocation to reservation.
D- Manage vehicle delivery to customers- Contact customers and assign drivers.
E- Collect vehicles from customers – Contact customers and assign drivers.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
B- Professional communication and representational (written and verbal) skills.
C- Excellent customer interaction skills.
D- Over 2 years’ experience in working in the automotive industry – Rental industry is desirable.
E- Excellent team building skills.
