1- Senior Interior Architect
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A– Work as part of the Senior Leadership team to continue to grow our practice.
B– Work with the other key staff to develop “win” strategies, including client contact, proposal preparation and preparation of and participation in client interviews.
C– Management of multiple projects.
D– Handle project from Pre-design , Concept Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation to Post Design Stage.
E- Processing of contract documents & assist contract administration.
Requirements:
A– B.S. Degree in Interior Design.
B– 8-10 years of experience in Interior Design field.
C- Must be proficient in space planning, contract documents (includes detailing, specifications, production management, design production), contract administration, project management, and FF&E.
D- Prior experience in Residential, Hospitality, Commercial & Healthcare interior design.
E- Computer proficiency is required; Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or 3D MAX, Photoshop, MS project or Primavera, Power Point and basic office suite.
