Job Summary:
This role supports the Director of AR & HR Compliance in investigating, reviewing & recording Guarantee of Fair Treatment & Business Integrity Line concerns raised across Europe, Middle East & Africa. This role investigates concerns received in line with company guidelines, maintains a high case integrity and concludes each case/complaint in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
A- Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major.
B- Previous experience managing medium to large size projects with tight deadlines/timelines is required.
C- 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources is required.
D- Previous experience in managing/leading Human Resource operations/function is required.

Job Responsibilities:
A- Conducts reviews and investigations independently and/or with property DHR/Director, AR & HR Compliance /ADHR on GFT and BIL concerns that are reported.
B- Prepares closure notes/report of concerns investigated.
C- Closes GFT & BIL concerns in a timely manner according to company set timelines.
D- Applies knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations applicable for locations, company policies and practices, and ethical codes of conduct to Human Resources practice.
