About Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Immigration Team’s large and complex MENA program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA and APAC, this role will have accountability for all aspects of the MENA program, including managing and developing a regional team of Immigration Specialists and Program Managers, working closely with multiple service providers to continuously evaluate, expand and improve services in the region.
Responsibilities:
A- Single threaded leader accountable for Amazon’s MENA immigration program, directly managing a team of regional Immigration Specialists and Program Managers.
B- Set program-level strategy across all MENA work streams, including business advisory management, content, case filing, service offering and compliance strategies.
C- Create operational plans and quality/compliance tracking mechanisms that measure overall health of the MENA program.
D- Employ strong pan-MENA immigration experience to identify trends and develop targeted program-level goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as HR, MBA).
B- Deep MENA immigration experience.
C- Extensive experience of building, running and improving business processes in MENA.
