Responsibilities:
A- Be responsible for Product level performance in generating revenue from existing and new business across an increasing number of propositions and customers.
B- Maintain and control the profile of the product inside HSBC and potential external and so enabling sustainable growth.
C- Individually and through others, hold and develop technical expertise in the product to support colleagues in product development and on key transactions.
D- Initiate and deliver change programs in line with organizational strategy enabling achievement of revenue and balance sheet performance.
Requirements:
A- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
B- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Change or Project Management.
C- Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Corporate/ Commercial Banking.
D- Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively.
E- Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Banking lending products.
