1- Service Administrator

Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Clerical functions and maintain personnel and administrative records and procedures.
B- Amending computer job cards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
C- Preparing all external and internal job cards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
D- Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
Requirements:
A- Should have a basic qualification or High school graduate.
B- Excellent English & Arabic speaking skills who has an engaging personality, is confident in meeting people and passionate about work.Â
C- Must be self-motivated and self-driven.
