1- Shift Storeman
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Key Accountabilities:
A- Manage all ordered stores from suppliers and contractors
B– Receipt and inspect all materials arriving on site to ensure that the items are the items ordered, of the standard required, in good order and fit for purpose. Reject all substandard goods
C- Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements.
D- To keep the working area / stores free of hazards as per the company’s health and safety policy reporting any potential dangers to the line manager as soon as they arise.
E- Process claims where required on faulty stocks, late deliveries and short deliveries.
F- To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:
A– High School Diploma, vocational training in building services systems an advantage.
B– Knowledge of building services consumables and spares.
C- Self-motivated with sound analytical skills and work on own initiative.
D- Experience in a stores complex operation preferred with a good knowledge of min/max systems.
