1- Site Quantity Surveyor
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Preparation of Preambles, Schedule of Rates and Bills of Quantities.
B- Preparation of modeled BoAQ’s.
C- Preparation of cost and man hour analysis for bench marking and productivity assessment.
D- Provision of reasoned advice on the different types of contractual arrangements in use in the industry.
E- Cost control and reporting in accordance with client procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
A- Diploma in Engineering.
B- Minimum 8 years of experience mainly being in oil and gas industry.
C- Significant demonstrable experience of quantity surveying and measurement.
D- Sound IT skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel data manipulation skills.
