Job Responsibilities:
A– Lead sort center activities across a shift and support coordination of staff plans and operating schedules.
B- Develop a strong performing team fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession and engagement.
C- Support developing and implementing process quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
D- Encourage and strengthen our strong culture of health and safety best practices.
Requirements:
A– Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or other technical discipline.
B- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
C-Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
D-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
E- Excellent inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
