Job Responsibilities:
A- Serve as gatekeeper in assigned process areas for the change management process.
B- Partner with tech organization on the business requirement documents (BRD).
C- Define the right process and work with operations to establish the right process path.
D- Work with stakeholders to eliminate gaps in system and have a systemic fix of gaps.
E- Demonstrates discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives.
Requirements:
A– 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
B- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
C- 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech team.
D- 7+ years’ relevant work experience.
E- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a similar technical field from an accredited university.
