1- Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
A- Promote Jetex Employer Brand and recommend ways to improve it.
B- Manage full cycle recruitment process across the organisation, including screening, interviewing and placing workers.
C- Stay up to date on local hiring laws and regulations.
D- Source top talent through online and offline channels.
E- Manage effective communication with candidates and set expectations throughout the process to provide a seamless experience.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree.
B- Has at least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment.
C- Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques.
D- Fluent and effective communicator.
