1– Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manager | Al Futtaim Automotive

Dubai, UAE
Key Accountabilities:
A- Create SOP for customer interaction and internal process for the aftersales workshop process (Appointment to Delivery)
B- Create SOP for customer interaction and internal process for the vehicle sales process (Used & New)
C- Clearly define difference between SOP, Policy and Work instruction in each SOP.
D- Prepare SOP tracker sheet to visualize quarterly reviews with the business owners.
E- Ability to prepare the SOP in the required tools – Visio, Blueworks, video SOP.
Requirements:
A- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years. (Preferably in Automotive).
B- Specific experience SOP management would be added advantage.
C- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, VISIO.
