1- Sr Specialist – Strategy & Performance
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Oversee the corporate strategy development and performance management process by supporting the business owners in defining key plans and initiatives that translate the strategy to operations to be tracked at the corporate level.
B-Contribute in formulating company’s Strategic Plans by organising business environment assessment process; scenario planning and thorough research on the challenges faced by the aviation industry in both medium and long term. Contribute towards the development of strategic recommendations ensuring the translation and fulfillment of company’s vision and mission.
C- Organize workshops to facilitate strategic discussions, assess or carry out organizational DNA, baseline study, stakeholder study, benchmark study and review of the pertinent UAE legislation or ICAO regulations to identify issues of strategic relevance to company.

Job Skills:
A- Preferably a degree from a University/College in Business Management or professional qualification in Corporate Strategy and Performance with 7 years’ experience in strategic planning or a related discipline.
B- Aviation Industry Experience is required.
