1- Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities:
A- Supply Chain: Lead and on daily monitoring end to end and check on the processes. Should be able to relate data and the on-ground process. Develop and implement frameworks such as 5why, lean, and sync up with store ops & suppliers to make ops more efficient in receiving and outbound front. Apply the MECE approach and lead as an example.
B- Operations: Support our day-to-day store operations in partnership with store supervisors and shoppers. Balance your time between behind-the-desk problem solving and strategic thinking, and on-ground operations and problem solving. Be willing to lend an extra hand to the store teams as necessary.
C- Develop & Optimize Processes: Monitor service experience and health, and in-store operations and challenges, to identify the biggest operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and work on solutions in collaboration with various teams.
Requirements:
A- 3-5 years of experience in professional environments specially working with technology companies, retail or Q-commerce industry.
B- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
C- Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel.
D- Fast learner – lots of things to comprehend in a very short time span.
