1- Technical Product Manager – Mobile Device Management

Job Responsibilities:
A- Architecture & Consumption: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify customers’ business and technical requirements, architect consumable solutions that meet customer needs, facilitate and guide solution consumption (including Windows, iOS, Mac and Android modern management via Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows 10), and to otherwise act as a strategic technical consumption advisor to our customers.
B- Product & Service Insights: Working with the rest of the EMX, Windows, Office Web/Mobile, and Azure Active Directory engineering teams, use your knowledge and expertise of CAT’s enterprise customers to help guide the future direction of our products and services.
C- Ecosystem Enablement: Use your subject matter expertise to train and enable our scalable consumption ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
A- Experience working with enterprise customers on difficult, technical issues and developing innovative, creative solutions.
B- 5+ years’ experience in deploying, testing and/or designing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows, Azure Active Directory, Office Web/Mobile, and related technologies.
