Dubai National Air Travel Agency is an Emirati airport services provider which provides aircraft ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents.

1-Technology Experience Specialist 
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Work with a team of cross functional experts to deliver user research, visual prototypes and usability testing.
B- Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams of Technical Product Management, Architecture and Development.
C- Leverage practice thinking to help continuously improve tools and methods that go into the continuous improvement of the experience design playbook.
D- Participate in, and help facilitate, design thinking workshops and training sessions.

Requirements:
A– Experience in IT – UX/UI practice – 3+ years.
B-Experience in Human Factors, Psychology, Design or any other related field.
C- 3+ years in Information Architecture, User Experience Design and Interaction Design.
D- Design Experience in product project delivery from the design stage through to launch.
