1- Telephone Operator
Full Time
Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Responsibilities:
a- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
b- Records and controls accurately wake up calls.
c- Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments.
d- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
e- Calls guests by name whenever possible.
f- Handles guests’ needs or requests and reports complaints to the Magic Supervisor.

Job Requirements:
a- Compete against a standard of excellence by setting high performance standards and pursuing aggressive goals.
b- Demonstrates an understanding of competitors’ major strengths and weaknesses.
c- Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments to deliver positive results.
d- Seek feedback on areas of shortfall.
