1- Manager Total Rewards & Policies
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Ensure all Total Rewards and HR policies are managed, maintained and up to date whilst being compliant with Etihad Aviation Group policies and aligned with UAE/international governmental regulations.
B- Maintain a working knowledge of federal legislations, state legislations, European labour laws and all other international legislations that may affect compensation and benefits policies or practices.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree within a relevant discipline and an HR professional certification preferred.
B- Expert in compensation, benefits and international policies with 5-7+ years’ experience of which a significant time was within in global organisation.
