1- Leadership Training Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Develop the best-in-class leaders by enhancing managerial and leadership skills of our Business Support Functions & Commercial population.
B- Provide a development map/journey of customized leadership development curriculums to elevate leaders in their present and future roles.
C- Partner with external training partners for best in class learning solutions.
D- Design and deliver ad hoc learning initiatives as requested by the business leaders.
E- Create Talent Profiles and ensure all high potentials have IDP.
Requirements:
A- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any relevant field.
B- Professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) would be an advantage.
C- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management, or related experience in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences to a diverse audience.
D- Demonstrable basic commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in the Retail industry, ideally with exposure to both corporate and stores.
