1- VIP Member Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
A- Identify and recommend enhancements and best practice for the improvement of the High Value experience and operation. Continuously search for opportunities to enhance processes and systems to improve operational effectiveness and journey management.
B- Analyse High Value member behaviour, travel performance and review comments in monthly reports and shift reports to identify trends and any actions required to improve the High Value customer experience (e.g. changes in member travel patterns, feedback/complaints, and issues/concerns specific to member).
C- Manage High Value member complaints ensuring all complaints and feedback is objectively investigated, analysed and responded to within stipulated time frames. Member contacts are given the highest priority and are dealt with demonstrating exceptional customer service to ensure full service recovery. Identify opportunities for enhancements as a result of feedback.
Requirements:
A– Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
B– Customer Service. Relationship Management : 5+ Years.
C- Experience in customer Services complaint handling and FFP loyalty.
