Job Description:
Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members.

Responsibilities:
A- Ensure HR and Talent strategies are implemented to meet the performance needs of each property and overall regional key performance indicators.
B- Lead, drive, sponsor our global and regional DEI strategies and ensure the appropriate focus, prioritization and execution are delivered consistently and measurably.
C- Partner with key clients to develop first-hand knowledge of clients’ short and long-term business goals and objectives.
D– Advise global clients on all general HR activities, including recruiting, talent management, managing, and exiting, as needed.

Requirements:
A- Eight (8) years working in a leadership role in the hospitality or similar industry. 
B- Seven (7) years spent leading teams.
C- A minimum of Five (5) years of of senior HR leadership. 
D- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
E- International business experience in mature as well as emerging markets.
