1- VIP Waiter/Waitress – Club Experience
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
B- Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings in order to assist guests at every opportunity.
C- Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval.
D- Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, at all times.
E- Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same.
Requirements:
A- Previous experience in Night Clubs is mandatory.
B- Previous VIP Waiter/ Waitress experience and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred.
C- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus.
D- Ability to find creative solutions taking while ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
E- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
