1- Warehouse Manager – Logistics

Responsibilities:
A- Manage a team including workload, motivation, training and appraisals.
B- Motivate own team to increase productivity.
C- Ensure transparent communication.
D- Appraise employees and monitor performance against set goals. Identify development needs and potential in order to assign appropriate job functions to develop them.
Requirements:
A- Minimum 6 years of Warehouse/ Distribution Centre experience at a Shift Manager /Warehouse Management level.
B- Experience in a multicultural work environment, fluent in English.
C- Customer-focused, Service-oriented: good understanding of the impact of failure or low quality.
