1- Website Officer (Conversion Optimisation)

Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Manage the delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases across Etihad’s digital touchpoints in close collaboration with Technology and Innovation, Digital 2020 and Guest Experience .
B- Lead requirement gathering sessions with Business Analysts, Technology and Innovation teams or external vendors to ensure business needs are met with key objective to improve conversion rate, increase self-service adoption rate or meet legal/regulatory mandates.
C- Develop business test scripts against requirements and sign off new and existing functionality pre and post release to ensure it meets business requirements.
D- Manage reporting of errors, guest complaints and failures including liaising with PSS provider and other external vendors to prioritize delivery of bug fixes.
Requirements:
A- University degree level education is required.
B- Must have airline or online travel domain knowledge and/or understanding of web technologies.
C- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics.
