Responsibilities:
A. Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with the hotel standards.
B. Handle guest requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
C. Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel.
D. Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
E. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
Requirements:
A- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
B- Must have the ability to multi Task.
C- Good communication skills.
D- Ability to work under pressure.
