1- Wholesale Operations Coordinator II
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A– Taking care of client’s request relating to documents required from Brand/ from company.
B– Follow up for payments , LC/ advance payments.
C- Rework on the packing list/ invoices – as requested by client in their Templates/ format.
D- Incase of returns advising the allocation of the goods in the system based on the nature of damage.
E- Ensuring the returns orders are incorporated in SOA and send the revised SOA to clients.

Requirements :
A- 2+ years relevant experience.
B- Background in fashion retail.
C- Understanding of shipment processes.
D- Organization skills.
E- Excellent English communication skills.
