Responsibilities;
1. Manage a team of 5 Yield Analysts.
2. Be responsible for day to day management of video advertising campaigns.
3. Manage pacing, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns daily/weekly.
4. Understand advertiser KPI’s on all advertiser campaigns.
5. Monitor the performance of campaigns against established benchmarks using internal and 3rd party reporting systems.
6. Work directly with the Account Management team to alert them of issues with their campaigns.
Requirements:
1. 2 years+ experience in a campaign management/yield management support role in the advertising/online media space (video ad experiences a strong plus).
2. Experience with DoubleClick, FreeWheel or similar ad serving solution a strong plus.
3. Bachelor’s Degree.
4. Able to set high standards and hold yourself accountable.
5. Experience with AdJuster a +.
