Job Purpose:
To identify, develop and implement improvements of business process and technical/non-technical projects across assigned business areas to achieve the strategic and operational objectives through effective delivery of key performance indicators (KPI?s) and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
A- Produce, analyse, format and present data in a way that can be easily understood and applied by others. Interpret data to form hypothesis which can be articulated to the business as required.
B- Subject matter expert (SME) in developing Business Intelligence capabilities across the department to drive and grow the Business Intelligence maturity.
C- Responsible for identifying process enhancement opportunities within the business and providing innovative technical and non-technical solutions.
Requirements:
A- Airport Operations.Other : 5+ Years.
B– Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
C- Degree relevant to business area Experience in Flight Operations, Airport or Airline Operations preferred.
